A BETTER FOUNDATION FOR EVERY ROOM
Beautiful from the ground up.
Hardwood, engineered, luxury vinyl plank and tile flooring installed throughout Gwinnett County — Snellville, Loganville, Lawrenceville, Duluth and the surrounding communities.
THE FINISH THAT TOUCHES EVERY ROOM.
Beautiful from the ground up.
Flooring is the only material in your home that runs through every space you own. That makes it the fastest way to make a house feel whole — or chopped up.
Most homes we walk into have three or four flooring types meeting at awkward thresholds, each one installed by a different company in a different decade. Unifying that is usually the single highest-impact change available, and it costs less than people assume.
The part that determines whether a floor lasts is everything that happens before the first plank goes down: subfloor flatness, moisture testing, acclimation and expansion planning. Skip those and even a beautiful floor will cup, gap or squeak within two Georgia summers.
MATERIAL, PREP AND INSTALLATION.
We sell and install, which means the person recommending the product is the person responsible for how it performs.
Solid and engineered hardwood in site-finished or prefinished options, including wide-plank and custom stain matching to existing floors.
Sand-and-refinish of existing hardwood, including stain changes, repairs to damaged boards and dust-containment sanding systems.
Waterproof LVP and rigid-core products for basements, kitchens, baths and homes with dogs and children, where real-world durability matters more than purity.
Porcelain, ceramic and natural stone, including large-format installation with proper mortar coverage and movement joints.
Flatness correction, self-leveling, squeak elimination, moisture testing and repair of damaged or rotted decking. This is where floors are actually made or ruined.
Thresholds, reducers, stair nosing, shoe molding and baseboard so the floor meets everything else cleanly.
Tread and riser replacement, skirt boards, railings and carpet-to-wood stair conversions.
Planning a single flooring direction and material across the main level so the house reads as one continuous surface.
FLOORS WE HAVE INSTALLED.
Wide-plank hardwood, engineered and tile — run clean from room to room.

ONE TO THREE WEEKS FOR MOST HOMES.
Flooring is fast on site but unforgiving of shortcuts. The prep is the project.
Measure & Select
We measure, test for moisture and help you choose a product suited to the room, the subfloor and how your household actually lives. Free in-home consultation.
Acclimation
Material is delivered and left to acclimate to your home's humidity before installation — the step most often skipped and the most common cause of gapping.
Prep
Old flooring removed, subfloor flattened, squeaks fixed, damaged decking replaced and moisture barriers set where required.
Installation
Layout planned off the longest sightline, then installed with proper expansion gaps and racking that avoids repeating patterns.
Finish
Transitions, shoe molding, stair details and a clean walkthrough before we leave.
CHOOSING A FLOOR THAT SUITS GEORGIA.
The right floor in Phoenix is often the wrong floor here. Our humidity swings are the real design constraint.
Solid hardwood moves with the seasons and belongs above grade in a conditioned home. Engineered handles humidity swings and basements better. Rigid-core LVP shrugs off water entirely and has gotten genuinely convincing in the last few years. There is no universally best answer — there is only the right answer for your rooms, and we would rather talk you into the cheaper product than sell you one that fails.
- Moisture testing of slabs and crawlspace subfloors before selection
- Engineered or LVP below grade — never solid hardwood
- Planks run along the longest sightline, not the shortest install
- Expansion gaps sized to the room and hidden behind shoe molding
- Large-format tile set with full mortar coverage and movement joints
- Stain matched on site against your existing floors in daylight
FLOORING QUESTIONS.
Not solid hardwood. Below-grade moisture will cup and buckle it regardless of how dry the basement feels today. Engineered hardwood or rigid-core LVP are the correct products there, and both can look excellent.
Usually. Matching species, width and finish on an addition or repair is routine. Where an exact match is not realistic, we will say so and suggest a deliberate transition instead of a bad blend — a visible seam beats a mismatch.
If the boards are solid and thick enough to sand, refinishing costs significantly less and produces a genuinely new floor. We check the wear layer and tell you honestly which way the math goes.
Less than it used to be. We use dust-containment sanding systems and seal off the work area. There is still odor from the finish, and you will want to be out of the house for the coating days — we will tell you exactly which ones.
We handle furniture moving as part of the job. We ask you to clear personal items, electronics and anything fragile or irreplaceable.
Most whole-floor installations run one to three weeks, including prep and acclimation. Refinishing adds drying time between coats.
