RENOVATION, REFINED
Designed around you.
A design-led renovation studio in Gwinnett County, Georgia — built around thoughtful design, warm professionalism and spaces that feel distinctly personal.
Designed around you.
MEET JANET RIVERA.
JVR Signature Renovations exists because of a gap Janet kept running into: companies that could build beautifully but could not design, and designers who could not build.
Most homeowners experience that gap as a frustrating middle ground. You hire a contractor and get asked to make a hundred design decisions you were not equipped to make. Or you hire a designer and get a gorgeous plan that nobody can execute at the price you were quoted. Either way, the burden lands back on you.
Janet built JVR to close that gap. She leads every project personally — the walkthrough, the selections, the schedule and the punch list. The person who helps you choose your tile is the same person standing in the room when it gets set.
That is not a scalable way to run a renovation company, and it is not meant to be. We deliberately take on a limited number of homes at a time inside a 20-mile radius of our Gwinnett County studio, because that is the only way the attention stays real.
WHAT WE MEAN BY
“SIGNATURE.”
Leave every space worthy of our signature.
Six words that describe how we want every finished project to feel — and the standard we hold ourselves to when nobody is watching.
Refined
Tasteful, not flashy. Luxury expressed through restraint.
Warm
Beautiful spaces should still feel human and livable.
Thoughtful
Every material, proportion and detail has a reason.
Personal
The finished home should reflect you — not a template.
Confident
Clear expertise, without pressure or over-selling.
Detail-Led
The last ten percent of execution is what makes the whole project exceptional.
LUXURY IS HOW THE PROCESS FEELS.
A better renovation experience.
Premium positioning falls apart the moment a homeowner has to chase an update or live through avoidable chaos. The experience is part of the product.
Nearly every renovation horror story we hear comes down to the same root cause: nobody told the homeowner what was happening. Not a structural failure, not a bad tile choice — just silence, and the anxiety that grows in it.
So we over-communicate on purpose. You get a posted schedule, a weekly update whether or not there is news, and a direct line to the person actually running your project. When something changes — and on a renovation, something always changes — you hear it from us before you notice it yourself.
- Intention — every decision has a reason behind it
- Craftsmanship — beautiful design requires excellent execution
- Respect — for the home, the homeowner, the schedule and the investment
- Communication — you should never wonder what is happening
- Details — small finishing decisions shape the final impression
- Personalization — no cookie-cutter homes
Transform everyday homes into thoughtfully designed spaces that feel beautiful, functional and distinctly personal.
To become the renovation company homeowners around Gwinnett County think of when they want exceptional craftsmanship without sacrificing design, communication or the experience of getting there.
Beautiful design. Thoughtful execution. We never call a project complete until the space feels worthy of the name on it.
