EVERYDAY ROUTINES, ELEVATED
Your private reset.
Primary suites, guest baths and powder rooms across Gwinnett County — Lawrenceville, Loganville, Snellville and the surrounding communities — built to stay beautiful long after the reveal.
THE ROOM YOU USE MOST, FINALLY BUILT FOR IT.
Your private reset.
A bathroom gets used more times per week than any other room in the house, and it is almost always the last one anyone touches. By the time most homeowners call us, the room has been annoying them for years.
Usually it is one of three things: there is nowhere to put anything, the shower is a tub nobody has taken a bath in since 2011, or the lighting makes everyone look exhausted. All three are solvable, and none of them require moving the house around.
What does require care is everything behind the tile. A bathroom is the only room in your home where a hidden mistake quietly destroys the structure around it. We build the waterproofing system properly first, then make it beautiful.
A COMPLETE BATHROOM, NOT A SURFACE REFRESH.
We take the room back to studs where it makes sense, because that is the only way to fix what is actually wrong behind the walls.
Full bonded waterproofing systems behind tile, properly sloped pans and pre-slope under every shower floor. This is the part that determines whether a bathroom lasts twenty years or five.
Walk-in and curbless conversions, frameless glass, built-in benches and niches, freestanding and alcove tubs, body sprays and thermostatic valves.
Floor, wall and full-height tile with layout set before the first piece goes up — so cuts land at the edges and patterns run true through corners.
Custom and semi-custom vanities, linen towers, medicine and mirror cabinets, drawer organization and the storage most bathrooms are missing entirely.
Layered vanity, overhead and accent lighting on separate switching, plus properly sized and vented exhaust fans ducted to the exterior.
Valve and supply updates, drain relocation, toilets, faucets and finishes selected for daily use rather than showroom appeal.
Electric radiant heat under tile where you want it, zoned and thermostatted.
Curbless entries, blocking for future grab bars, comfort-height fixtures and aging-in-place planning handled without making the room look clinical.
BATHROOMS WE HAVE BUILT.
Primary suites, guest baths and powder rooms — each one detailed to the same standard.

FOUR TO SEVEN WEEKS, DONE PROPERLY.
Bathrooms are small rooms with an unusual amount of trade sequencing. The schedule only works if the order is right.
Consultation
We look at the room, talk through what frustrates you and give you an honest range. Always free.
Design & Selections
Layout, tile, vanity, fixtures and glass selected together, with pricing attached so there is nothing to discover later.
Demo & Rough-In
Back to studs where needed, then plumbing and electrical rough-in, framing corrections and inspection.
Waterproof & Tile
Pan, pre-slope, waterproofing membrane, then tile set to a layout we have already dry-fit. No improvising at the wall.
Finish & Walkthrough
Vanity, glass, fixtures, paint and trim — then the punch list and a properly cleaned room.
WHY SOME BATHROOMS AGE BADLY.
Grout that discolors in a year. Glass that spots no matter what you do. A fan that never quite clears the mirror. None of these are bad luck.
They are the predictable result of decisions made during the build: the wrong grout for the application, glass without a factory coating, an exhaust fan sized for a powder room doing the work of a steam shower. We make those calls deliberately on your behalf, and we tell you what we chose and why it will matter in five years.
- Pre-sloped pans and bonded waterproofing behind every tiled wall
- Tile layout dry-fit so cuts fall at edges, not at eye level
- Exhaust fans sized to the room and ducted outside, never into the attic
- Vanity lighting placed to light faces, not the tops of heads
- Niches framed into stud bays and aligned to the tile grid
- Blocking installed for future grab bars whether you want them yet or not
BATHROOM REMODELING QUESTIONS.
If it is your primary bathroom and nobody has taken a bath in years, almost certainly yes. The one caution: try to keep at least one tub somewhere in the house if you may ever sell to a family with small children. In a guest or hall bath, that matters more than in a primary suite.
Typically four to seven weeks on site. Custom glass and special-order tile are the usual schedule drivers, which is why we order both early.
Usually. Curbless entries, clear glass instead of a curtain, a wall-hung or furniture-style vanity, continuous floor tile and better lighting change the perceived size of a room far more than people expect — often without touching a single wall.
It happens, and we would rather find it than not. We stop, show you exactly what is there, price the repair in writing and get your approval before continuing. No surprise line items.
Yes, and we do them so they still look like a beautiful bathroom. Curbless entries, comfort-height fixtures, hidden blocking for grab bars and better lighting all read as good design rather than medical equipment.
Not the one we are working in. If it is your only full bathroom, tell us early — we will sequence the work to minimize the days you are without it.
