ONE VISION ACROSS EVERY SPACE
Beautifully connected.
Full interior renovations for homeowners across Gwinnett County — Dacula, Lawrenceville, Snellville, Lilburn and the surrounding communities — one palette, one schedule, one point of contact.
STOP RENOVATING ONE ROOM AT A TIME.
Beautifully connected.
The room-by-room approach feels safer. It is almost always more expensive.
Every separate project carries its own mobilization, its own permit cycle, its own demolition and protection, its own learning curve for a new company. Do that five times over seven years and you have paid for the same setup five times — and you still end up with a house where the kitchen trim does not match the hallway trim and three different whites meet at a doorway.
A whole-home renovation sets one material palette and one level of finish across every space at once. The house stops reading as a collection of projects and starts reading as a home somebody designed.
EVERY INTERIOR SURFACE, UNDER ONE SCOPE.
We carry the entire interior so that nothing falls between trades — and so you are never the one explaining the plan to the next contractor.
A single material, finish and lighting language set across the whole house before work begins, so every room belongs to the same home.
Wall removals, open-concept conversions, header and beam work, doorway relocations and engineered solutions where the structure requires them.
Full kitchen remodel as part of the larger scope, with cabinetry and stone selected to carry into the adjacent spaces.
Primary, guest and powder baths built to the same standard and detail level as the rest of the house.
One continuous floor across the main level wherever possible, eliminating the threshold-to-threshold patchwork.
Consistent baseboard, casing, crown, built-ins and stair details carried through every room.
Electrical, plumbing and HVAC updates addressed while the walls are open rather than revisited later.
Whole-home paint, hardware and fixture packages selected as one coherent set.
Plans structured so occupied homes stay livable — or compressed schedules when you are able to move out.
HOMES WE HAVE RENOVATED.
Kitchens, baths, floors and millwork handled as one scope — so the whole house agrees with itself.

THREE TO SIX MONTHS FOR A FULL INTERIOR.
A whole-home renovation is a planning project that happens to involve construction. The front end is where it is won.

WHAT ONE PALETTE ACTUALLY BUYS YOU.
Homeowners expect a whole-home renovation to buy them convenience. What it really buys them is coherence.
When the same trim profile runs through every room, the same three whites are used everywhere, the hardware finish is consistent and the floor never changes direction, the house reads as intentional even in rooms we barely touched. That effect is impossible to achieve retroactively, one project at a time, which is the real argument for doing it all at once.
- One trim profile and one paint system across every room
- A single flooring direction carried through the main level
- Hardware, lighting and plumbing finishes chosen as one family
- Structural changes resolved before any finish decisions are made
- Systems updated while walls are open, not reopened later
- Phasing built around which rooms your household cannot lose
WHOLE-HOME RENOVATION QUESTIONS.
Not necessarily. We regularly phase whole-home renovations so a family can stay, keeping at least one functioning bathroom and a temporary kitchen available at all times. Moving out is faster and usually cheaper because trades can overlap — but it is your call, and we will price both.
Typically three to six months on site for a full interior, depending on square footage, structural scope and how much is being moved. Design and selections happen before that clock starts.
Per room, yes — you pay for mobilization, protection, permitting and design coordination once instead of five times. The total check is larger, the cost per room is lower.
Yes, and this is a good middle path. We design the whole house and lock the palette up front, then build it in stages as budget allows. You get the coherence without writing one large check.
Usually. Load-bearing walls can be removed with proper beams and columns. We bring in a structural engineer where the span or the load requires it rather than estimating.
